Csp License Agreement

We offer several contract options to help partners license microsoft cloud services and on-premise software. Microsoft Products and Services Agreement (MPSA) is a transaction licensing agreement for commercial, government and academic organizations with 250 or more users/devices. MPSA is most appropriate for organizations that wish to license Microsoft for software, cloud services or needs, without organizational-wide obligations or multi-year subscription options under a single agreement that does not expire. Software Assurance is optional. Microsoft Online Subscription Agreement (MOSA) is a transaction licensing agreement for commercial, government and academic organizations with one or more users/devices. MOSA is best suited for organizations that want to subscribe, enable, deploy and manage cloud services through the Microsoft Online Subscription Program (MOSP) seamlessly and directly across the web. Local software and software insurance are not available via MOSA. Microsoft Enterprise Agreement and Microsoft Enterprise Subscription Agreement are engagement licensing agreements for commercial organizations that sign a new registration with 500 or more users/devices and government organizations with 250 or more users or devices. These agreements are best for organizations that want to license company-wide microsoft software and cloud services over a three-year period and at the best available prices. The aim is to facilitate the contractual experience and to continue to meet the regulatory obligations and confidence expectations of our partners. To achieve these goals, the Microsoft Partnership Agreement provides a simpler process for accepting and managing agreements and contains conditions that support our commitment to data protection, security, compliance and transparency. Can I enter my foreign subsidiaries? It depends on that.

The CSP program is divided into geographical regions worldwide. You can enter your foreign sites or companies under the same CSP agreement if they are located in the same geographic area as the one where the CSP agreement is signed. One such region is, for example, the EU/EFTA or LATAM region.
